Our executive team is one of our greatest assets, thanks to its dedication to customer service and the broad and deep industry experience each of these professionals brings to bear. Get to know:

Jana F. Grimes, CEO
Third-generation Austinite, Jana Grimes was no stranger to state government when she founded Austin Ribbon & Computer (ARC) in 1984.  As the granddaughter of a Texas Legislator and daughter of an entrepreneur, she had grown up in both Texas state government and small business environments.  It was when Jana found herself a single mother of two young children that she decided to start her own business.  Taking what she learned growing up and combining it with common sense and dogged determination, she made her fledgling business succeed.  And succeed it has; ARC was named the 2006 #1 Woman-Owned Business in Central Texas by the Austin Business Journal.

Ask Jana what makes her business successful and she will tell you “I live by the philosophy that anything is possible.” Jana treats her employees like family, and also like her most valuable asset.  This overall philosophy of valuing the human factor extends to customers and partners as much as employees, resulting in customer service that’s earned numerous awards and recognition.  It’s the reason that clients like the Department of Public Safety (DPS) started out ordering typewriters from Jana twenty years ago and now allow ARC to manage computer procurement for all of the agency’s desktop, laptop and server requirements. After twenty-four years, you can still find Jana in the midst of everyday business at ARC.  She says “I have the best job in the world…I’m fortunate enough to work with my family and friends on a daily basis.”

Ryan Grant, President and COO
Ryan Grant began his career with ARC in 2004. Ryan has taken on many roles within the organization throughout the years and is currently serving the organization as President. Ryan brings a new look at a mature business model, and with a strong management team in place, plans to explore new market sectors and move ARC outside of the Texas border. Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University. He has combined his strategic ability, team building mentality, and natural people skills to create long-term relationships with customers, partners, and coworkers.

Anne Fielding, Director of Finance and Operations
As Director of Finance and Operations, Anne is responsible for leading ARC’s strategic planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, and operational practices. Anne brings more than fifteen years of experience working in the software, technology, ecommerce, nonprofit, public accounting and consulting industries.
Prior to joining ARC, Anne has provided accounting and operational leadership to numerous high-growth companies, implementing processes and reporting to effectively manage growth, selecting systems and performing migrations, and negotiating credit lines and contracts. Anne received her BBA in Accounting and is a Texas CPA.

Sasha Vrajich, Director of Services
Sasha Vrajich, a technology services leader with over 15 years of IT consulting experience, joined ARC in 2011. As the Director of Services, Sasha is responsible for helping clients realize maximum value in their technology investment. His technical expertise and fortune 500 experience help him drive the ARC professional services team to deliver excellence and innovation in how technology is utilized. Prior to joining ARC, Sasha has provided Services and Advisory consulting to customers of Computer Sciences Corporation, EMC, and Capgemini. In his spare time, Sasha also serves in a technical advisory role to start ups & financial services firms in various markets.

Kristin Hunninghake, Director of Sales
Kristin joined ARC in 2007 as an Account Executive. Kristin brings with her 15 years of sales experience, including public sector and industry experience with Dell, Lexmark and Unisys. Kristin was responsible for strategic planning, market and competitive analysis, account and territory management, new market development, partnership and team performance development. Through her customer and partner relationships, she has brought many multi-million dollar and multi-year contracts to ARC. During her time at ARC, Kristin also completed her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.
In January 2011, Kristin was promoted to Director of Sales. She leads the ARC sales team by mentoring and guiding them through her past experiences of projects, successes and failures. She also leads the team with new strategies, sales techniques and by challenging them to achieve new goals. Kristin continues to look for experts to add to her team and help take ARC to new heights.
