Our Client Integration solution is broken up into three separate phases, Pre-Deployment, Deployment, and Post-Deployment. Each of these phases is managed by an experienced ARC Project Manager and team.
During the Pre-Deployment phase, ARC provides Warehousing, Imaging and Asset Tagging. By utilizing the latest in technology, ARC has streamlined this process to bring the asset to the end user much faster and at a lower cost to you.
Once the Assets reach the Deployment phase, ARC begins staging the units for integration into the customer’s environment. This process involves Installation, Data Migration, Application Loading and removal of legacy equipment. At every stage of this phase ARC documents the asset and its progress. This allows us to provide you with a customized daily Asset Report as your integration project progresses.
After your new equipment has been integrated successfully into the environment, ARC begins the Post-Deployment phase of our Client Integration solution. We provide DOD Wipe & Hard Drive Destruction, package and ship old equipment and return a credit to you for the estimated value.
